If you complete a booking form or sign up for our newsletter ,or online blog we collect the following information – Name, email address, residential address ( country) gender, age, contact number while in Ireland, Emergency Contact Number, Dietary requirements and any other information that you share so that we may offer the best service possible.

When you complete a booking form or sign up for our newsletter – this information is used to answer any questions you may have about Mountain Ways Ireland and to update you on future tours and events with us.

Also, if you complete a booking form – We use this information to finalise your booking as accurately as possible and to ensure your safety and comfort during your tour with Mountain ways Ireland.

When you book a tour with Mountain Ways Ireland and share your personal information with us, we use a range of high level security measures to ensure that this remains confidential.

We have no access to your card details when you make an online transaction.

We use a secure server so that all supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway provider’s database (STRIPE/PAYPAL). 

We will only use the information and data you provide to us for its intended purpose. We have no control over the internet, apart from our own stringent security systems however it is important to understand that nobody including ourselves can ever fullyguarantee that any information you share will be 100 % safe.

Neither our mailing list nor any other data is shared with other organisations.
